We request a $1,000 deposit (plus GST) to begin the process.
This fee remains constant regardless of how many negotiations or
auctions we attend.

Our goal is to recoup our whole fee in equity rise in no longer than
24 months, if not sooner! Everything is about the details.

Negotiation

slightly better results than you could. For example, 1% of $850,000
is $8,500.

Full Settlement

After we successfully purchase your home and exchange the contract as unconditional, we will send you an invoice for the unpaid sum. Our assistance with the pre-settlement inspection is only one part of our ongoing commitment to you until settlement.
